Boylan kicks game winner

CLARION - Foreign exchance student Jayden Boylan came through in his first game for Clarion-Goldfield.  The senior kicked a 37-yard field goal with 18 seconds left to beat Humboldt 17-14.  Humboldt scored with 4:04 left in the fourth to tie the game at 14-14.  Jake Haberman led the Cowboys with 133 yards on 34 carries. He had touchdown runs of seven and one yard.  Matt Odland had 18 carries for 66 yards.  Max Gangestad had a fumble recovery, blocked field goal, sack and five tackles from his defensive line spot.  

Brady Ross had 12 carries for 78 yards and a toucdown for the Wildcats.  Ross also had 22 tackles for Humboldt.  Ben Jacobson was 9-for-17 passing for 131 yards.
